description
2025 began with an intensive professional development at the Royal Drawing School.
Through a drawing intensive, I refined my skills, explored new approaches to drawing, and strengthened my life-drawing practice.

My focus was on figurative and clothed figures, including the course Drawing London’s Theatres: Circus, Opera and Ballet. In Transforming Observation, I explored the dynamic space between seeing and artistic interpretation. The course Drawing a Story formed the foundation for my later approach to my first self-published book «Kardamom küsst Tonka».

Illustration Challenge

Title

30 pictures in 30 days
Informations

In spring 2021, a personal illustration challenge was undertaken. The goal was to create 30 pictures within 30 days. The result was mainly portraits and still lifes inspired by everyday objects such as the Gluckigluck vase. The works were created digitally on an iPad using Procreate.

description
The project served to develop a new visual style and strengthen my own confidence in drawing. The results are colourful, powerful illustrations. A selection of the works was presented in September 2021 in the exhibition «Junge Kunst» (Young Art) and in October 2022 at the Tipp in St. Gallen.
